It is reported that\u00a0Andr\u00e9s and his\u00a0army of 25,000 volunteers, including members of the U.S. Navy and Coast Guard, served over 3 million meals in Puerto Rico over a period of 11 months.<\/p>\n<p>Now as Hurricane Florence has hit the Carolinas,\u00a0Andr\u00e9s and\u00a0his team of cooks and volunteers are all set to\u00a0feed everybody throughout the storm.<\/p>\n<p>People in the D.C. area know Andr\u00e9s from his popular restaurants such as Jaleo, China Chilcano, Oyamel, Zaytinya, Fish and minibar.
