Under this program, the surgeon allows people who can&#8217;t afford medical treatment to pay for medical procedures with volunteer work. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M25 works like this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 The patient needs surgery or healthcare they cannot afford.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Instead of dollars, they pay for the surgery with community service hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 For example, a patient needs surgery on their left ulnar nerve. Insurance fee is $5,000.
